On Wednesday the 11th October 2023 various students from a variety of classes in Knockavoe attended a Ulster GAA School Blitz at Celtic Park, home of Derry GAA.
Other schools in attendance at the Blitz included Ardnashee - Derry, Arvalee – Omagh and Rossmar – Limavady.
All students enjoyed a coaching session from Ulster GAA coaches before playing against other schools in a Blitz format. Knockavoe players contested every ball, played every game with passion showcasing their Gaelic Football skills.
Players should be very proud of their efforts on the day and the school are extremely grateful for continuing to be sporting ambassadors with excellent performances and great sportsmanship on the day.
