Kemi McFadden, is a science teacher in the Derry/Strabane Area. She is currently pursuing a full-time MSc in Autism Spectrum Disorder. She has requested some help in carrying out a study on the interventions for children with ASD in the local area.
The study aims to assess the effectiveness of interventions available for children with ASD from parents’ perspectives. As a teacher, I believe this research is critical to developing effective interventions for pupils with ASD. Additionally, the findings can help inform policies on interventions to support children and future children with ASD diagnosis in Northern Ireland.
The survey is for parents of children diagnosed with autism. Please refer to the attached documents for more details.
