Riley enjoyed a recent shopping trip to Lidl for some tasty ingredients, before cooking up a storm in the kitchen back at school! This was a valuable cross-curricular learning experience and one which allowed Riley to develop important life skills. He had the opportunity to not only plan & prepare a meal on a tight budget, but he also showed impressive mental maths skills when he managed to calculate the correct amount of change he was owed even before the cashier!🌟👏 His hard work on our Numeracy topic ‘Money’ certainly paid off! Riley cooked his steaks to perfection and there even was enough to give Póga share!🐶🥩
