Class 5A, Class 7/8, Year 8 and Year 9 had a fantastic day out at Gortin Glens today for outdoor learning. We went on a long trail looking for the signs of Spring. We also built a bird nest using twigs and leaves, we looked at what squirrels eat and collected food for them and we even saw some lovely deer who came to say hello to us!
The children went back to the forest classroom for their lunch and enjoyed some play time in the playpark.
Well done to all the boys and girls who went on the trip!
