Here at Knockavoe, we are dedicated to keeping our pupils safe.
As Article 17 of the UNCRC states,
"I have the right to get information in lots of ways, as long as it’s safe"
Using devices and the internet is something that is, for the most part, unavoidable in today's society. It is important that we know steps we can take in order to keep our children and young people safe online.
With Safer Internet Day coming up on the 11th February, we will be preparing resources and activities to educate our pupils on how to stay safe online.
