Samantha Traynor has launched a Christmas Sleeping Appeal in memory of her late close and best friend Angela McConnell. Those who knew her well, will know that Angela was always thinking of others and even in the depths of her illness, she asked Samantha not to forget about her Christmas “Sleeping Bag Appeal”. Caring for the homeless people of Strabane and it’s hinterland was very close to Angela’s heart. The sleeping bag appeal was launched this week in memory of Angela, an inspirational and wonderful person, who is missed so much by her family and friends. If you would like to contribute to this appeal in Angela’s memory, sleeping bags can be left at any of the following locations;
